Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in Minnesota to deliver high‑quality glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service, with training and state‑of‑the‑art tools to support on‑site and on‑the‑go work.

The technician will recalibrate safety systems, diagnose issues, operate specialized tools, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and customer service at the forefront.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and Safelite MRM tech.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
