Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform high-quality glass repairs and replacements at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You will recalibrate safety systems and diagnose issues using Safelite tools and technology, while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and Safelite SafeTech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform glass repair and replacement at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and Safelite MRMs per standards.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
