Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver repairs and replacements at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite tools and technology to calibrate safety systems and complete diagnostics while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will drive company vehicles, maintain safety standards, and participate in training with our comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outside in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop efficiently and safely.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and systems and manage customer interactions and paperwork.
• Safely drive company vehicles and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone.
