Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement and recalibration services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. The role emphasizes safety, quality and outstanding customer service, with training and access to Safelite tools and technology.

Responsibilities include operating diagnostic tools, handling customer interactions, and promoting Safelite services, while adhering to safety policies and uniform/PPE standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and quality focus.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology (GTS, True Seal, MRM).
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Follow policies and maintain professional appearance and PPE compliance.
