Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite tools and technology, maintain high safety and quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, operating the Glass Table System and related equipment, and communicating with customers by phone, text, or in person. Valid license and SafeTech certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; SafeTech certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics as needed.
• Use Safelite tools and systems to complete jobs and maintain customer records.
