Qualifications

• 4+ years auto finance industry experience.
• 3+ years as Sr. Loan Processor or similar position.
• Experience as Loan Processing Team Lead.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and development to Loan Processing teams.
• Ensure achievement of funding objectives, volume, and service levels.
• Manage regional production, quality, and policy compliance.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee loan documentation accuracy and timely submission to underwriting.
• Communicate with Credit, Sales, and dealer management to resolve issues.
• Review exception deals and apply company policies.
• Develop and support staff training aligned with SFS policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of consumer information.
