Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated servicing issues, generate compliance letters, and drive process improvements while ensuring audit readiness and adherence to SCRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in auto finance, collections, or consumer lending.
• Experience handling complex servicing scenarios (deceased accounts, impounds, replevin, SCRA).
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and loss mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex impound and abandoned vehicle accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Process and resolve deceased borrower accounts with coordination with legal/compliance.
• Handle replevin accounts with state-specific requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with SCRA, including coding and audit readiness.
• Generate and oversee letters like RTC, NOI, and AOP, escalate deviations as needed.
• Lead exception reporting for letter failures and data/system errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated servicing issues.
• Contribute to workflow analysis and process improvements for efficiency.
