Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Default Services Specialist II to lead complex servicing tasks across Retail and Lease portfolios with strong regulatory compliance focus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal studies, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in auto finance, collections, default servicing, or consumer lending.
• Experience handling complex servicing scenarios such as deceased accounts, impounds, replevin, and SCRA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage complex impound and abandoned vehicle accounts, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with applicable laws.
• Process and resolve deceased borrower accounts, coordinating with legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Handle replevin accounts with knowledge of state-specific legal requirements.
• Monitor compliance with the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act (SCRA) including documentation and audits.
• Generate and validate compliance letters (RTC, NOI, AOP) and escalate deviations.
• Lead exception reporting for letter failures, data gaps, and system errors, proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve escalated servicing issues and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Contribute to workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
