ACV Auctions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing with dealer partners. You will build relationships face-to-face, travel within your territory, and leverage ACV's data-driven platform to win new business.

The role demands 7+ years of B2B field sales in automotive, a track record with decision-makers, and Salesforce proficiency. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B field sales experience in automotive or related industry.
Proven track record of opening net-new accounts and expanding business.
Comfortable presenting to C-suite/dealer principals and decision-makers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list of new franchises and independent rooftops.
Execute high-volume outreach through in-person visits, calls, and events.
Qualify prospects using ACV's framework and assess opportunities.
Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand workflows and challenges.
Position ACV products against current dealer channels with a data-driven case.
Conduct live platform demos and educate dealers on policies.
Introduce additional ACV product lines for a full-service solution.
Negotiate and close seller agreements, including pricing structure.
Coordinate with Territory Managers for targeted accounts and handoffs.
Record and manage pipeline in Salesforce daily for reporting.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
Provide feedback on regional market dynamics and trends.
