Job summary

Jobtailor in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced Auto Appraiser to investigate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims for repairable and total loss vehicles.

Responsibilities include reviewing loss facts, using CCC or similar estimating platforms, and ensuring compliance with state laws while communicating with insureds, vendors, and internal teams. A valid All-Lines Adjuster license (TX/FL or others) and I-CAR ProLevel 3 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of auto appraising experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of P&C policy contracts and coverages.
• Advanced estimating using CCC or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate with insureds, claimants, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, and appraise vehicle damage claims.
• Evaluate complex auto physical damage claims with digital tools.
• Communicate with insureds, adjusters, and third parties.
• Maintain supporting documentation and claim file accuracy.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Support on-call CAT deployments and travel as needed.
