Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned inventory of complex auto claims from initial investigation through resolution.
• Investigate automobile accidents by reviewing police reports, photographs, statements, and other documentation.
• Evaluate liability and comparative negligence to determine responsibility and support claim decisions.
• Conduct coverage investigations to identify issues and resolve questions.
• Negotiate and settle auto physical damage claims within authority.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation, diary activities, and timely follow-up.
