Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to assess damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair progress. You will work with a team to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of each vehicle.

The role offers a commission/flag pay structure with guaranteed minimums, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan with matching. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates with team on repair status.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access areas.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures.
