Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring at one of its fast-growing collision repair operations in the United States. The role involves examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and coordinating with teammates to ensure timely, high‑quality work.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, deciding between repair or replacement, and mentoring apprentices. A background check is required and certification in body repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine and perform repairs to industry standards.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and mentor juniors.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decides on repair vs replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access damaged areas.
• Attends safety meetings as required.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces using tools.
• Directs apprentice in tasks and explains procedures when needed.
