Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulous repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and ensure repairs meet speed, quality and customer excellence standards.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to work with repair teams, read job orders, and perform repairs with the listed tools. Physical stamina and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using tools and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames; weld and repaint to spec.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
