Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 6 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making with high-quality deliverables.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate insights.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee timely completion of projects.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants/Analysts within the department.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and provide leadership.
