Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto). This remote role leads and develops Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects, overseeing analyses, coaching staff, and driving client-facing pricing strategies for commercial auto opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 5+ years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience; 3 years in personal lines analysis.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) certification.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, coaching, training, and directing pricing/analytic projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and ensure successful project completion on time.
