Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, coaching and directing pricing projects across a range of commercial auto initiatives.

You will oversee analyses, support business decisions, present pricing strategies to clients and stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work while balancing results with staff development.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5 years post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area
• ACAS certification required; ability to coach, mentor and train staff

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants; provide coaching and direction across pricing/analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making; ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
• Review the work of Consultants and Analysts; manage teams and workload; balance business results with human capital
• Present analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal/external stakeholders
