Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a highly technical Lead Engineer, Authentication Engineering to design and advance enterprise authentication platforms. You will lead MFA, PKI, SSO, and vaulting initiatives, driving Zero Trust adoption across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will partner with product, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable authentication capabilities, while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT or engineering experience in authentication or security engineering.
• (Preferred) 3+ years management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Authentication Lead Product Manager for strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and implementation of solutions.
• Lead the strategy, architecture, and engineering of enterprise authentication solutions with secure UX.
• Design, implement, and modernize MFA, PKI, SSO, PAM, vaulting, and cloud-native auth platforms for Zero Trust.
