Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Auditor to plan and lead global internal audits spanning operational and IT controls. You will design AI-enabled tools and automations to streamline evidence gathering and testing while collaborating with a fast-paced IA team.

You will apply data analytics, build AI workflows, and contribute to the IA playbook, with strong focus on risk, control improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Remote position with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree (or US equivalent) from an accredited university; MIS/Finance/Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with 3 years at a Big 4 or national firm; internal/audit, SOX, operations and process improvement.
• Experience auditing ITGCs and application controls and business processes; comfortable across tech and business processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy compliance, and AI governance considerations.
• Builder track record: demonstrated tool/automation/AI workflow development.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) beyond basic chat.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics; Power BI; SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently; familiar with ServiceNow IRM is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA preferred.
• Exposure to high growth tech environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations.
• Perform walkthroughs, evaluate process design, and conduct controls testing.
• Identify manual steps and build AI-enabled solutions to automate audit workflows.
• Use data analytics and AI to test populations, identify control gaps, and provide insights.
• Document and share reusable tools; help shape IA's AI playbook.
• Draft high-quality audit issues and conclusions for reporting and improvement.
• Communicate audit status, escalations, and findings to leads and stakeholders.
• Track actions with management for Audit Committee reporting.
• Contribute to evolution of IA methodology, automation, and reporting.
