Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to support planning and lead execution of global operational and integrated audits covering business operations and IT controls. This remote role reports to the Director, Internal Audit Management and involves designing AI-enabled tools and automations to improve audit efficiency.

You’ll join a tight-knit team that values initiative, honesty, and high-quality audit work papers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience, with 3 years at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or national firm preferred).
• Experience auditing ITGC and application controls, and business operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations.
• Conduct walkthroughs, evaluate process design, and perform controls testing.
• Identify manual steps and build AI-enabled solutions to automate them.
• Use data analytics and AI to test populations and deliver insights to management.
• Document and share reusable work and contribute to AI playbook.
