Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced Senior Auditor to plan and lead audits spanning IT general controls, application controls, and business processes. This remote role reports to the Director, Internal Audit Management and focuses on building AI-enabled tools to automate audits and improve efficiency.

You’ll work with a tight team, communicating status and escalating issues while contributing to the evolution of Internal Audit methodologies and the ServiceNow IRM framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree (or US equivalent) from an accredited university; MIS/finance accounting preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience, with 3 years at a public accounting firm; SOX and process improvement experience.
• Auditing IT general controls and application controls across business and IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations.
• Conduct walkthroughs and evaluate process designs with controls testing.
• Identify manual steps and build AI-enabled automations for evidence gathering and testing.
• Use data analytics to test full populations, identify control gaps and quantify risk.
• Document and share build outcomes to enable reuse and shape the IA AI playbook.
• Draft high-quality audit issues and conclusions for improved controls.
