Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Auditor to lead global and regional audits across business operations and IT. You will design and test internal controls, including ITGCs and application controls, while developing AI-enabled tools to streamline audit workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in internal/external audit, strong data analytics, familiarity with Power BI and SAP, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in internal or external audit, including ITGC and applications controls.
• Experience in public accounting Big4 or national firm preferred.
• Proficiency with data analytics and Excel; familiarity with SAP preferred.
• Experience auditing IT controls and business processes; cross tech & business audits.
• Knowledge of AI governance and model risk considerations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead operational and integrated audits globally or regionally.
• Conduct walkthroughs, evaluate design, test controls; document work papers.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to streamline audit tasks.
• Use data analytics to test populations and identify control gaps.
• Draft audit issues and credible conclusions; support management.
• Communicate status and escalate issues with audit leads.
• Engage with stakeholders and shape AI playbook for Internal Audit.
• Contribute to evolution of audit methodology and reporting.
