Capital One is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead compliance testing tooling and strategy, partnering with Engineers, Data Scientists, Legal, and Executive leadership. You will drive analytical projects, mentor junior staff, and translate complex results into clear business insights in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field required, with multiple years of data analytics experience.
Experience leading and developing teams using open source data technologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Drive current and future Compliance Testing tooling and analytical strategy.
Plan and execute Compliance Testing analytical projects.
Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Executive Board).
Understand technical issues in analytical tools and assess tool risks and opportunities.
Research and prototype industry best practices for emerging analytical tools.
Communicate results clearly through reports and presentations; mentor junior staff.
