Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior Manager in Audit Services to lead risk-based audits across finance, operations, technology and compliance. You will guide planning, staffing, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation while aligning with professional standards and business priorities.

You will coach auditors, manage resources across locations, and build trusted relationships with Finance, IT and Legal to drive continuous improvement in tools, templates, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, audit methodologies, and professional standards.
• Experience leading audits, managing priorities, and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of risk-based operational, financial, compliance, technology, and advisory audits.
• Oversee planning, scoping, staffing, fieldwork, reporting, issue evaluation, and remediation follow-up.
• Apply internal audit methodologies and professional practices across assigned work.
• Drive annual audit planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation with leadership.
• Provide leadership for SOX support activities, including control testing and remediation tracking.
• Translate audit results into actionable insights for business leaders and executives.
• Develop audit professionals and build cross-functional relationships to coordinate assurance.
