Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Audit Services to lead the execution of risk-based audits across operational, financial, compliance, technology, and advisory engagements. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of audit methodologies.

The candidate will oversee planning, staffing, fieldwork, and reporting, ensure quality and timely delivery, and partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to strengthen controls and risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in internal/external audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and auditing standards.
• Experience leading multiple audits and managing stakeholders.
• Experience with planning, execution, reporting, and remediation follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
• Certifications (CPA/CIA/CISA/CFE/CRMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of risk-based audits across operations, finance, compliance, and technology.
• Oversee planning, scoping, staffing, fieldwork, reporting, and issue follow-up.
• Apply Internal Audit standards and professional practices framework.
• Lead annual audit planning and risk assessment with leadership.
• Coordinate SOX support activities and remediation monitoring.
• Identify root causes and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Translate audit results into concise insights for leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes.
