Constellation, the world4s leading private-sector energy producer, is seeking a Senior Manager of Audit Services in the United States. You will lead a portfolio of risk-based audits, coordinate planning, staffing, and reporting, and ensure adherence to IA standards.

A key partner to leadership, you will translate findings into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. The role also involves establishing strong relationships with Finance, IT, and Compliance, and guiding SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive audit or risk experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, audit methodologies, and auditing standards.
• Proven ability to lead multiple audits and manage priorities and resources.
• Experience planning, executing, reporting, and remediating audit findings.
• Ability to assess complex risks and translate results into practical recommendations.
• Experience coaching and developing audit professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment, and relationship skills.
• CPA/CIA/CISA or similar certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of risk-based operational, financial, compliance, technology, and advisory audits.
• Oversee planning, scoping, staffing, fieldwork, reporting, issue evaluation and remediation.
• Apply IA methodology, QA, and professional standards across work.
• Lead annual audit planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership for SOX support activities and stakeholder communication.
• Build relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Risk teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of audit tools, templates, and processes.
• Utilize audit management systems and analytics to enhance coverage and efficiency.
