Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.

• Audit Team Lead certification required within one year of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Leads or participates in site audits to ensure program adequacy and effective implementation.
• Performs observations of site activities when not auditing.
• Must be able to obtain an ATL certification and maintain it by acting as ATL annually.
• Track and follow-up significant issues identified during audits.
• Provides innovative input into improvements for the audit program.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management.
