Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal/external audit, risk, or compliance.
• Experience leading audits and coordinating with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of risk-based audits across operations, finance, compliance, technology, and advisory engagements.
• Oversee planning, scoping, staffing, fieldwork, reporting, issue evaluation, remediation follow-up.
• Apply IIA standards and internal audit methodology to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead annual audit planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide leadership for SOX support activities, including control testing and remediation tracking.
• Identify emerging risks and translate audit results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk and external auditors to coordinate assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of audit tools, templates, and processes.
