Constellation in the United States seeks a Director, Business Operations Internal Audit to lead the unified risk-based audit program across operations, compliance, fraud, and transformation. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive professional experience with leadership in internal audit or risk.
• Experience leading risk-based operational, compliance, fraud, or enterprise risk audits across complex operations.
• Experience leading risk assessments, audit planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement within Internal Audit or related risk function.
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess emerging risks in energy, regulatory contexts.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate risks clearly.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including managers and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a unified, data-driven internal audit plan and operating model focused on major risks.
• Ensure consistent risk coverage across the internal audit function.
• Balance core assurance with transformation-related and emerging risk coverage.
• Develop enterprise-wide operational, compliance, fraud, and transformation audit engagements with defined scope and methodologies.
• Apply business insight to drive risk foresight and communicate practical recommendations.
• Translate complex risks into clear, decision-useful insights for senior leadership.
