Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Associates degree with 7+ years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years related experience.
• Audit Team Lead certification within one year of assignment.
• Maintain unescorted access requirements and pass medical exams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads or participates in site audits to ensure program adequacy and implementation effectiveness and communicates deficiencies to maintain compliance.
• Performs observations and analyzes audit results to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Obtain and maintain ATL certification by annually acting as an ATL.
• Tracks and follows up on significant issues identified during audits.
• Contributes to improved audit scoping, scheduling and conduct of future audits.
• Supports emergency response, outage activities and cross‑department coverage as needed.
