Ideal candidates bring strong project management, analytical and presentation skills, plus experience in risk and controls across payments and financial services. This on‑site role requires 3+ days in a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years of applicable audit experience.
• Experience supervising audit staff and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of audit principles, risk assessment, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit staff across engagements ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Coach and train staff, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to audit policies.
• Plan audit engagements, identify risks, define scope, and develop testing programs.
• Review issues, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other audit teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Support reporting and wrap‑up phases including draft reports.
