Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of audit or risk management experience.
• 3+ years in project leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Payment Services risks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Payment Services over 12–18 months.
• Manage end-to-end audit projects, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Draft clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Engage with leadership, risk management, and regulators.
• Provide coaching and development to audit staff.
