Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in auditing risks and controls within Financial Services.
• IIA Standards knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising audit staff in completing engagements with coaching.
• Reviewing issues for exposure, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Planning audit engagements by analyzing processes, risks and controls.
• Reporting and wrap-up phases of audits, including disposition of issues.
• Monitoring progress against plan and ensuring timely completion of work papers.
• Collaborating across three lines of defense with IT, AML, Compliance and Risk teams.
