U.S. Bank Corporate Audit Services (CAS) seeks a Senior Audit Project Manager to lead complex, horizontally focused audit engagements within Technology Services.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to internal policies across diverse business areas. The role emphasizes collaboration with CIO partners and core business lines, with a focus on cloud migrations, data analytics, and IT control testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience in IT applications controls and IT general controls testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, horizontal audit projects and supervise staff where applicable.
• Monitor audit progress against plan and schedule; assess work performed.
• Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure conformance with policies.
• Act as subject matter expert and support multiple engagements on related topics.
• Handle complex tasks autonomously and influence risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Line of Business and RCA teams to implement risk frameworks.
• Participate in projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from process failures.
• Escalate risks as appropriate and support cloud migration efforts.
