Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Audit Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team in Towson. You will lead audit engagements, review financial statements for GAAP compliance, and provide advisory services to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and audit.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and related accounting principles.
• CPA or ACCA highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of audit engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to high-quality standards.
• Review and analyze financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Provide operational assurance and advisory services to clients to improve financial processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Mentor Assurance Seniors and junior staff with guidance and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to keep practices compliant.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client service.
