Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee audit engagements across industries and guide teams from strategy to execution. The role emphasizes risk insight, process improvement, and client advisory services.

You’ll coach associates, contribute to business development, and support community activities in a hybrid setup. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA certification, with 5+ years of US GAAP experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• At least 5+ years’ experience with reviewed/compiled statements and US GAAP.
• Experience coaching and training entry-level staff.
• Ability to lead client engagements and develop new business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements across multiple industries.
• Review cycles and audit processes for treasury, cash, capex and other items.
• Plan engagement objectives and audit strategy per professional standards.
• Present financial statements and audit results to client oversight.
• Travel to client sites for audits and inquiries as needed.
• Support business development and community involvement activities.
