Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA designation is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Review and evaluate audit workpapers and reports.
• Provide training and mentorship to audit staff.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies.
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.
