Jobot is seeking an Audit Supervisor in Florida to lead a auditors team in a dynamic, fast-paced firm. The role focuses on planning, executing, and reviewing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance for diverse client engagements.

The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, a hybrid working model, and a path for advancement with benefits such as health/dental insurance and 401(k) matching. A CPA is preferred, with strong Excel and MS Office skills supporting day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting audit (at least 4 years auditing).
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• EBP audits a plus.
• Strong accounting/auditing technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee audit engagements from planning through completion per standards.
• Review audit working papers for accuracy and completeness.
• Review financial statements for presentation and disclosures.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and gauge satisfaction.
• Interact with client management to gather information and recommend improvements.
• Assist partners and senior management on proposals and business development.
• Keep up with developments and pursue ongoing professional education.
