Connectly Recruiting is representing a north-central Phoenix CPA and business advisory firm seeking a Senior Audit Manager. The role oversees clients and staff across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estates, with a hybrid schedule and base salary up to $140,000 DOE.

Responsibilities include audits, reviews, compilations, and financial statement prep. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of public accounting, an active CPA, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing financial statements and income tax returns.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge; some GAGAS understanding.

Responsabilités

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships; identify service opportunities.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
