Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Audit Manager in Phoenix to lead client engagements across Manufacturing/Retail, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate and personal estates. The role involves managing staff, overseeing audits and reviews, and growing client relationships.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with base salary up to $140,000 DOE. Active CPA and 5+ years public accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• GAAP and GAAS knowledge; Yellow Book familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience).
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
