Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years external audit experience
• Minimum 1 year external audit management experience
• Significant external audit experience within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) industry

Responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements for AWM clients while maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance with professional standards.
• Manage engagement planning, execution, review, and client communication.
• Review team deliverables and resolve complex audit, accounting, and financial reporting matters.
• Coach team members, provide clear feedback, and support skill development.
• Manage competing priorities, changing requirements, and engagement risks.
• Build consensus across varied viewpoints and respond confidently when challenged.
• Manage client expectations, seek feedback, and resolve issues that affect delivery or team effectiveness.
