Responsibilities

• Leading external audit workstreams for asset and wealth management clients and managing assigned deliverables across the engagement lifecycle
• Analyzing financial statements, accounting policies, and transactions to identify misstatements, control gaps, and reporting issues
• Applying auditing methodologies, GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting standards to evaluate disclosures and supporting documentation
• Reviewing internal controls, process documentation, and compliance activities to support audit planning, testing, and issue resolution
• Interpreting data, financial trends, and transaction patterns to develop audit findings and practical recommendations
• Using digital tooling, data analysis, and AI-enabled platforms to improve audit procedures and document review
• Building client relationships by communicating audit status, discussing findings, and responding to questions from finance and operations teams
• Guiding and reviewing the work of Associates and junior team members while sharing feedback and coaching on assigned tasks
• Coordinating multiple deadlines, prioritizing work, and adapting to changing client needs and technical requirements
• Applying critical thinking and professional skepticism to complex accounting and disclosure matters
