Candidates bring at least six years of external audit experience and at least one year in audit management, with significant AWM exposure and expertise in investment valuations and fair value.

Responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements for AWM clients while maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance with professional standards.
• Manage engagement planning, execution, review, and client communication.
• Review team deliverables and resolve complex audit, accounting, and financial reporting matters.
• Coach team members, provide clear feedback, and support skill development.
• Manage competing priorities, changing requirements, and engagement risks.
• Build consensus across varied viewpoints and respond confidently when challenged.
• Manage client expectations, seek feedback, and resolve issues that affect delivery or team effectiveness.
