Qualifications

• BS/MS in Accounting with 150 semester hours.
• 4+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• CPA or pursuing CPA with employer support.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.
• Strong organizational and client service skills.
• Desire to become an industry subject matter expert and business advisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from start to finish: planning, executing, directing, and completing audits.
• Understand client operations and processes to inform engagement objectives.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using audit software.
• Develop relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and collaboration.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Participate in planning, closing, and audit committee meetings.
