Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of relevant audit experience
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, meeting educational requirements per state board
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and meetings (overnight stays may be required)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audit procedures over income statement and balance sheet accounts
• Demonstrate strong GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Deliver outstanding client service and build trusted advisor relationships
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions
• Take ownership of tasks, organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Utilize technology tools effectively and pursue process improvement initiatives
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
• Support the proposal process with insights and articulating firm capabilities
• Contribute to technical publications and internal learning sessions
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events and engage with early talent
