Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicle operation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot advanced AV equipment during events.
• Provide excellent service and maintain client relations.
• Mentor and coach technical, sales, and operations staff.
• Supervise technicians during events and coordinate with teams.
