Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada is seeking an AV Manager responsible for overseeing the AV Team and supporting operations in a luxury gaming and hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in audio and video technology and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. The position entails managing technical operations, providing training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while fostering a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 6+ years' experience with audio, video, control systems, and technology.
• Able to prioritize and manage projects in a demanding environment.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch for long periods, and lift in excess of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AV team and provide day-to-day support operations.
• Develop plans, forecasts, and budgets for the I.T. department.
• Document and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Train new AV techs and provide first-line support.
