Job summary

Garmin is seeking a Sr C/C++/Python Software Engineer - Audio Processing for its Core Platform Technology team at the U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area, with an option at Cary, NC.

You will help shape how customers hear Garmin devices across product segments, leading embedded software in C, C++, and Python on audio algorithms for wearables and handhelds. The role requires strong architecture skills, collaboration with product teams, and mentoring of engineers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field with 5+ years of embedded software experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python; strong data structures and OO design.
• Experience designing well-architected embedded software systems and leading projects.
• Effective communication and ability to mentor engineers in a fast-paced team.
