Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Manager to lead an Audio Engineering Team, steering audio HW/SW solutions for Pan-PS products. You will guide strategy, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-BU alignment with senior management while driving cost reductions and process improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical/electronic design with leadership experience, extensive FPGA/embedded expertise, and collaboration with external partners to deliver differentiated audio technology.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Guides the team towards establishing a vision, strategy and priorities for audio solutions, across PS PCs, docks, & display products.
• Provides direct and ongoing leadership to individual contributors, designing audio engineering solutions and building 3-yr strategies for audio HW/SW components.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs.
