• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs; ensures resources meet goals and budgets.
• Engages with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders and executives to communicate program status and guide decisions.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers; sets expectations on deliverables, quality, schedules and costs.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, performance planning and development.
